These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sacredadornments.co (the "Site") and any purchases you make from Sacred Adornments ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Products & Pricing

Every rosary is handmade in small batches. Because pieces are made one at a time, small variations in bead color, finish, and pattern are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. Photos are representative; your piece may differ slightly.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors and to cancel and refund affected orders before shipment.

3. Orders & Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we ship the order. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or stock errors). Payment is processed by our payment processors at checkout.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, images, logos, and the "Sacred Adornments" name, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise Site security or availability.
• Scrape, copy, or resell Site content without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Adornments' total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sacred Adornments harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
