Blue wood beads, freshwater pearls and micro cord, strung and knotted by one pair of hands.

The beads are 8mm dyed blue wood with 10mm pearls at each Our Father, knotted onto micro cord, the slimmest type of paracord, so it holds up to being carried and prayed with every day. The center depicts the Blessed Virgin Mary surrounded by a translucent, stained-glass-like material. The Fleur de Lis crucifix is two inches long, both cast metalwork.

It measures about 14 inches, and it is light enough to keep in a pocket or a handbag so you can "pray without ceasing."

Please note: this rosary is not long enough to wear as a necklace.

What goes into each piece

Our Approach

We make rosaries the slow way, one at a time, because the choices we make in materials and labor are what give each piece its value. Here is how we approach it, and why it holds up.

01

Knotted by hand, bead by bead

Every bead is strung and knotted onto micro cord by one person, one rosary at a time. Knotting is slow. It is also why there is no chain link to pull open in a handbag, and why a knotted rosary can be prayed with hard for years.

02

Cast metalwork you can feel

The Blessed Virgin Mary center and the two-inch Fleur de Lis crucifix are cast, not printed, so the detail in the face and the fleur points has real depth. You can feel it under your thumb.

03

Materials chosen to be held

8mm dyed blue wood beads that warm in the hand rather than staying cold like glass or plastic, 10mm pearls at the Our Fathers, and micro cord, the slimmest paracord made, carrying the whole thing.

04

Small batches, not production runs

These are made by hand in small batches, not stamped out by the thousand on a production line. It's the reason a color sometimes sells out, and the reason the one you receive was made by a person, one rosary at a time.

Both are rosaries, but they are not the same. You'll feel the difference the moment you hold them, and only one will still be with you years from now.

How we make them

One rosary at a time

Step one

The beads are chosen

Wood beads are dyed and sorted by hand, so the blue runs evenly from the first Hail Mary to the last, and the pearls sit right at each Our Father.

Step two

Every knot is hand tied

The cord is knotted between the beads down the whole length. That is the slow part, and the part that decides whether a rosary survives being carried every day.

Step three

It's finished and checked

The cast center and crucifix are joined, and the whole piece is checked bead by bead for tension and alignment before it's wrapped. If a knot sits wrong, it's re-tied.

The knots make the difference

My last rosary came apart at a link within months. This one has been carried in a pocket every day and hasn't budged.

Softer than I expected

The blue is calm and quiet, not bright at all. It suits evening prayer.

Jeanne P. · September 2026 · Verified buyer

Beautiful center medal

The stained-glass look behind Our Lady is even prettier in person. You can feel the detail in the metal.

Carmen R. · September 2026 · Verified buyer

Perfect weight in the hand

The wood beads warm up as you pray instead of staying cold like glass. Small thing, but it matters.

Patricia S. · September 2026 · Verified buyer

New habit

I meant to save it for Sunday and ended up praying with it that same night. Now it's every night.

Lucy B. · August 2026 · Verified buyer

Confirmation gift

Gave it to my goddaughter for her confirmation. She's used it every night since.

Teresa V. · August 2026 · Verified buyer

For my aunt

Mailed it to my aunt after her surgery. She says she keeps it under her pillow.

Arrived quickly and well packed

Shipped faster than I expected and wrapped carefully. Nothing tangled or scratched.

Grace N. · July 2026 · Verified buyer

Worth the price

I hesitated at $85 and I'm glad I didn't wait. The craftsmanship is obvious the moment you open it.

Rosa V. · June 2026 · Verified buyer

Lovely, though shorter than I pictured

Exactly as described, just be aware it isn't necklace length. Prays beautifully in the hand.

Dorothy W. · May 2026 · Verified buyer

Solid work

Tugged on it a few times out of habit. Nothing gives. Feels like it'll last decades.

Gloria N. · April 2026 · Verified buyer

Very well made

Solid crucifix and even beading throughout. I'd have liked a small gift box included, but no complaints on the rosary itself.

Before you order

Questions we're asked

Yes. It's knotted between every bead on micro cord, the slimmest, strongest paracord made, so there are no links to loosen or pull apart. It's built to be carried and prayed with daily for years.
